What file types can I upload?
Common vertical video formats such as MP4 and MOV, up to 3 minutes long. Most checks finish in under a minute.
Do you keep my uploaded videos?
Videos are stored in your workspace so you can compare cuts. You can delete any upload at any time, and they are never used to write hooks for other customers.
Why does my real retention differ from the prediction?
Predictions estimate how an opening is likely to perform. Real results also depend on timing, trends, audience and distribution, which no tool can fully see in advance.
What access do you need to my accounts?
Connecting is optional. If you connect, access is read-only performance data through official platform methods. We cannot post, delete or message.
