- Give accurate sign up details and keep your login credentials private.
- You are responsible for activity in your workspace, including activity by seats you add.
- You must be old enough to enter a binding agreement where you live.
02What the service does
The service writes hook suggestions, predicts where viewers may stop watching, and suggests posting windows. It does not edit, publish or distribute your videos.
Hold scores, drop-off points and posting windows are predictions. They are estimates based on patterns and available data, and are not a guarantee of views, reach, followers or sales.
03Fair use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Buy, sell or fake views, likes, comments, followers or any other engagement.
- Run bots or automated accounts, or break the terms of any platform you post on.
- Create content that is unlawful, misleading, hateful, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, or overload it with automated requests.
04Your content
You own your ideas, videos, scripts and the hooks generated for you. You give us permission to process them only to run the service for you.
You are responsible for checking that the content you publish, including any hook you use, is accurate and follows advertising rules for claims, prices and disclosures.
05Plans and billing
- Free starts include ten hooks and need no card.
- Paid plans are billed in US dollars, monthly or yearly, in advance.
- Plan limits such as accounts, hooks per month and seats apply as shown on the pricing page.
- Unused monthly hooks on limited plans do not roll over.
- Cancellations and refunds follow the Refund Policy.
06Connected platforms
Connections to third-party platforms are subject to those platforms’ own terms. If a platform changes or removes access, related features may change.
07Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted. We may update features, and we will give notice of material changes to these terms before they take effect.
08Ending the agreement
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, particularly the fair use rules.
09Limits of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or indirect losses, including results of posts made using suggestions or predictions. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.
